Swap the driftwood for birch logs, add crystals for the holidays, or shift the flame from yellow to orange to both—changing the look of the fire takes minutes, not a service call. The fire itself is built to fool you: upgraded flame colors combine with rising spark effects that mimic a real wood fire, and the tinted glass keeps the flames visible even in a bright, sunlit room. The angled front glass projects heat out toward where you’re sitting, not up the wall. Run it from the included remote, the Napoleon Home app, or your voice through Google Home or Alexa—even when you’re not home. ECO mode runs at half heat to save energy, BOOST raises the heat and blower for cold mornings, and hardwiring to a 240-volt circuit doubles the heat output for the rooms that need it.
