What Makes It Special The fire is the point, and this one earns a second look. Multi-layer flame technology builds the fire the way a real one grows—front to back, sides to middle—in 5 speeds and brightness levels, over a glowing split oak log set and a modulating ember bed. The glass is tinted and anti-glare, so you see the fire, not your lamp reflected in it. With 13 top light and 5 ember colors, plus more combinations in the Napoleon Home app, the look is yours to tune. Plug it into a standard outlet for comfort heat, or have it hardwired at 240 volts and the output doubles—at full output it warms approximately 250–500 square feet , the room the fireplace lives in.
